How do the lessons work?
Each subject includes one live 1-hour online lesson per week.
Students can join using a phone, tablet, or laptop – no camera or microphone is needed. They can ask questions during the lesson via a live Q&A chat box, lesson materials and homework questions are uploaded to their private portal afterward.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our next intake will begin lessons the week commencing 31st August 2026. We have limited spaces so join over summer to secure your place - billing period will officially begin rolling from September 2026.
Yes, we offer both 1-to-1 and small group tutoring, subject to availability. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Yes - they can join up to four subjects: Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. We offer discounted bundle pricing when you choose multiple subjects.
Yes - we’re happy to help you change subjects if needed. Just contact us and we’ll arrange it for the following month or term.
No problem - lesson material and notes will be uploaded do the portal so students can catch up in their own time.
Yes - all lessons are designed to support both Foundation and Higher Tier learners, with clear explanations and tier-specific guidance where needed.
Yes - all plans can be cancelled at least 5 days before the next billing date.
Access to lessons, content, and resources ends automatically if a payment is missed or a plan expires. If you rejoin later, your child can pick up from the current point in the curriculum.
Yes - if your child is in Year 9 or 10, we offer a low-cost lifetime extension after the 12-month plan ends - so they can revisit the course all the way through Year 11 without paying full price again.
No - each subscription is for one student only, as it includes private support, login access, and individual homework.
However, we do offer multi-child discounts. Please contact us for a custom plan.
StudyNova’s format is naturally helpful for students with anxiety, ADHD, and other learning needs - with structured lessons, no cameras, and consistent teaching.

As all lessons are prepared, tailored and delivered to a high quality, no refunds are offered. However, you can cancel your suscription at any time. Please feel free to contact us if you are dissatisfied with anything and we will do our best to help.
